Availability
We endeavor to have all our gifts available throughout the year. However, from time to time this may not be possible. Unique baby therefore reserves the right to substitute an item for another of similar value.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices and specification are correct. However, while colour production is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may appear. Unique baby reserves the right to alter the prices without prior notice.
Q. If an item is damaged in transit, what will happen?
A. Contact Unique baby and an agreed substitute replacement will despatch ASAP. For details please refer to our Terms & Conditions page
Q. What happens if the recipient misses the delivery?
A. The delivery person will endeavour to leave with a neighbour and obtain a signature of receipt. If not possible, the gift can be redelivered, however, a second delivery charge will be applicable.
Gift Cards
We are pleased to enclose a personalised message with each gift on a complimentary gift card. Unique baby accepts no responsibility whatsoever for misspelt names and addresses on the gift card or envelope. It is up to the client to advise our consultants of any varied spelling of the recipients name or address.
Virus Warning
Unique baby does not represent any information (including any file) obtained from or through this Web site is free from computer viruses or other faults or defects. It is your responsibility to scan any such information for computer viruses. Unique baby will not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic), however caused and whether by negligence or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly from any such information.
Dispute policy
Any alleged discrepancy in relation to gifts purchased from Unique baby must be notified to us within 24 hours of being delivered. Unique baby will look into such discrepancies but reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any dispute.
Returns - Refunds - Cancellations
Returns:
All Gifts must be returned in the same condition that they left the premises of Unique baby for a full refund if the products have been found to be faulty in anyway.
Refunds:
A full refund of all costs will be occur if the gift was found to be faulty or damaged upon receiving the gift. The recipient will need to contact Unique baby and report the problem within 2 hours of receiving the gift. The details will be included with your gift for the recipients benefit.
Cancellations:
Once your Order has left the premises of Unique baby to be delivered Cancellations WILL NOT APPLY.
In the case that the Gift has not left the premises of Unique baby we will cancel the order for you and refund any charges that have applied.
